Tour Plan
7:00 AM: Airport pickup, then head to Rissani via the Ziz Valley, crossing desert landscapes. Visit the mausoleum of Moulay Ali Cherif, founder of the Alaouite dynasty, followed by a walk through the traditional Rissani souk.
Continue to Merzouga, where a breathtaking spectacle awaits: the Erg (sand dune desert) and the Reg (rocky desert). Enjoy a camel trek deep into the desert to witness the sunset.
End the day with a traditional Berber dinner and an evening of drumming under the stars. Overnight in a typical Berber tent—an unforgettable experience in the vast silence of the Sahara.
Wake up early to witness the spectacular sunrise over the desert, then return to camp for breakfast.
Departure to the village of Khamlia, passing through small Berber villages such as Tamrdanite, a unique opportunity to meet nomadic families and discover their way of life.
In Khamlia, the village of the Black people, you will enjoy a moment of escape listening to the spiritual music played by the Gnaoua.
Continue to Ouzina, famous for its spectacular dunes, particularly magical at sunset.
Dinner and overnight stay in a kasbah offering a 360° panorama of the desert.
After breakfast, visit the village of Ouzina, an authentic place where you'll discover local cuisine in a local home, including the preparation and baking of bread in the village oven and the famous Berber pizza.
Return to the foot of the Erg Chebbi dunes and stroll around the oases to explore traditional irrigation techniques.
Opportunities include climbing a large dune to enjoy a 360° panorama, quad biking or buggy riding (extra charge), or sandboarding (free).
Dinner and overnight stay at an inn at the foot of the dunes.
